Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel/reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you. Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no additional charges, and your deposit will be applied to your next visit.

All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment will have the deposit applied to a future appointment.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to future appointments.
All appointment types for clients will have a $50-$100 charge applied at the time of booking to RESERVE both your and the provider’s time for the appointment. The deposit will be credited to your appointment on the scheduled day and time.
Please allow 48 hours advance to notify us to reschedule or cancel your set appointment. If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled at the last minute or missed completely, the deposit will go towards the providers time for the missed appointment and will not be refunded. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
When scheduling service within package service such as Microneedling, Laser treatments, or Chemical Peels, only your first scheduled appointment will require a deposit unless a package has already been paid in full. All packages paid in FULL will NOT have to pay the required deposit.

No refunds given on services rendered, gift cards or prepaid service packages.

We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
