Thuan Phan is a board-certified nurse practitioner and certified advanced injector, bringing more than 12 years of medical expertise to Issaquah. Driven by her passion for medical aesthetics, Thuan created Vital Aesthetics to enhance natural beauty and graceful aging through science, medical-grade treatments, artistry, and safe practices- all without surgical interventions.
At Vital Aesthetics, part of the artistry is helping the client feel confident about their appearance with a personal approach to treatment. Caitleen is a graduate from the Euro Institute of Skincare and Washington Laser Institute. She developed a love for aesthetics while growing up in Hawaii.
Caitleen’s education and experience makes her an expert in managing skincare across the lifespan and different ethnic skin types. Her goal is to achieve healthy skin by customizing a treatment plan tailored to fit her clients unique skin needs. Her services range from a quick glow-up for an event to clinical facials that help with different skin types and conditions such as eczema, dry skin and acne scars.

Elle Rieker
Client Concierge
Elle is a Washington native, born and raised. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their fur baby (cat), Frankie. Elle recently earned her Master of Science in Psychology and is working toward a future career in the medical field. She has a passion for helping people and loves getting to see the amazing boost of confidence that clients get from their aesthetic treatments here at Vital Aesthetics. Outside of work, Elle loves traveling and experiencing different cultures; so far she has been to Hungary, Italy, and Tanzania. Elle is an amazing addition to our team with her positive and kind personality.

Operations Manager
Ginas experience in office management and love for digital creativity led her to aesthetics. She manages the daily business operations, including process development and improvement. She also loves creating and sharing content on social media intended to educate and entertain. She enjoys rockhounding, watching hockey and baking. She has a vicious pet turtle name Spike.
